How to make palash ( kamarkas ) barfi:

Grind one hundred and fifty grams or as per your preference and make a powder.
Now put this powder in a pan and fry it well. . Then add one kilo of milk to it and cook it till its colour does not become light.
Then by adding half a spoon of ghee and sugar to it, fryers can add jaggery instead of sugar.
Fry it well for some time and stir it with a spoon.
Now you will see that it will start to harden.
Now keep it in a big plate and spread it and let it cool. After that you cut it like ice with the help of a knife.
